What is a thermal transfer ribbon?
A thermal transfer ribbon (TTR) is a consumable used in barcode printers. Heat from the printhead melts ink from the ribbon onto labels, producing durable, smudge-resistant prints. It's the standard for shipping labels, product barcodes, pharma packaging, and garment tags.
What's the difference between wax, wax-resin, and resin ribbons?
Wax ribbons (CW-11, CW-12) work best on paper labels — shipping, retail, and general use. Wax-resin ribbons (CW-20 to CW-30) offer better durability on coated papers and some synthetics. Resin ribbons (CW-28, CW-33) are for synthetic labels needing chemical and heat resistance. Choose based on your label material and environment.
Which ribbon do I need for my printer?

What sizes do you offer?
Custom widths from 25mm to 160mm, lengths from 50m to 600m. Core sizes: ½ inch and 1 inch (with punching). Both inside and outside wound available. Most popular: 110mm × 300m on 1-inch core.
What is DPCC approval and why does it matter?
DPCC stands for Delhi Pollution Control Committee. Our manufacturing process uses lowest-emission chemical formulations — certified by DPCC. This means our ribbons are produced responsibly, with minimal environmental impact. Very few Indian ribbon manufacturers hold this credential.
